Why can’t I see any new games to download?

Our recommendation system assesses if a game matches your interests. There might be times when we can’t identify a fitting game for your profile, or perhaps you’ve explored all the available games in Playful Rewards. When will I receive my reward?

Your reward can take up to a week to arrive depending on your country and type of reward. Please check your email for redemption instructions.

The game is still on my device, but I’m not getting any coins?

If you haven’t played the game in a while, it may be that we can no longer find it on your device. This happens if you uninstall the game and then re-download it, access Playful Rewards from another device, or if the game was already on your device before entering Playful Reward. In this case, you can’t earn coins from that game anymore, but check out the variety of other games available to you!
