- Use scripts or disguised redirects to derive financial benefit from Playful Rewards.
- Modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise derive the source code of any Playful Rewards Property.
- Rent, sell, or sublicense the Playful Rewards Properties.
- Provide unauthorized third parties with access to the Program.
- Interfere with the operation of the Program.
- Post any material that is disparaging to Playful Rewards or violates any third party’s rights.
- Engage in any illegal or misleading activity through the use of the Program.
Your Activity and Communications
Fraudulent Activity
We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any fraudulent or abusive activities related to the Playful Rewards Properties or Program. This includes rescinding rewards, barring further rewards, and terminating memberships if necessary. We also reserve the right to report fraudulent activity to law enforcement.
Receiving Communications
By becoming a Member, you consent to receive account and membership-related communications, as well as periodic emails about special offers. You agree to maintain a current email address with us and may opt out of certain communications in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Where you provide “prior express written consent” within the meaning of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TPCA”), you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages from PlayfulRewards, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & Data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary. PlayfulRewards reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. PlayfulRewards also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent and we will notify you when we do so. Rewards and Payments
Participants can earn rewards based on their participation and insights. The terms governing rewards are subject to change and will be communicated through our Service.
If an account is deleted prior to the completion of a payout process, any pending payment redemption requests will be automatically voided.

All intellectual property rights in the Service are owned by us or our licensors. These rights are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service for any breach of these Terms.
