Permitted Use
You may use the App and Rewards program for lawful purposes only and in accordance with this AUPand the Terms of Use.
Prohibited Activities
We have ZERO TOLERANCE for anyone engaging in activity that is prohibited by this AUP or is otherwise in violation of the Terms of Use. App users who engage in any of these prohibited activities will be immediately removed from the Rewards program and will be ineligible to Claim a Reward.
You shall not:
- Engage in any activity in violation of the Terms of Use.
- Engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, including any activity that threatens, disrupts or interferes with the integrity, security, operations, reputation or goodwill of the App or the Rewards program.
- Engage in any activity that threatens, interferes with or disrupts the integrity, security, operations or availability of our advertiser’s websites, apps or servers or our service provider’s websites, apps or servers.
- Misrepresent yourself or your identity in any way, impersonate any person or entity or disclose false or deceptive personal information to us, our advertisers or our service providers including misrepresenting your residence to avoid using biometrics for identity verification.
- Use any semi-automated or automated means to access, navigate or interact with the App, the Rewards program, our advertisers, or to complete Offers or the Reward Claims process.
- Access or use the App, Rewards program, our advertiser’s websites, apps or servers or our service provider’s websites, apps or servers using a VPN, proxy, Tor, device emulators or other similar technology.
- Manipulate any part of the App or Rewards program, the Offers, the attribution of Offer Credits or the Reward Claims process to fraudulently (1) qualify for, earn or receive an Offer credit or Reward, (2) submit a Claim or (3) redeem a Reward.
- Defame, libel, ridicule, mock, stalk, threaten, harass, intimidate or abuse anyone associated with the Rewards program, or otherwise act in a belligerent, offensive or inappropriate manner.
- In response to a request for consent to receive marketing calls, text messages or email, providing such consent in association with personally identifiable information that misrepresents who you are, is fake, erroneous, belongs to someone other than you or is otherwise false or deceptive.
- Reverse engineer, duplicate, disassemble or decompile or otherwise attempt to derive and/or alter code from any information accessible through the App or permit any third party to do so.
- Complete Offers on more than one mobile device or use an emulator to mask the device you are using, attempt to complete or complete the same Offers through one or more accounts or share your computer or mobile device with another user participating in the Rewards program.
- Submit any document to us, our advertisers or our service providers that is fake, altered, false or misleading.
- Post or share, on any website, platform or in any correspondence, information about how to game, exploit, commit fraud or otherwise violate the App’s Terms Use or this AUP.
- Engage in any other activity, in our sole discretion, that is deemed to violate the Terms of Use or this AUP.

Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account, including the redemption of a Reward. We are not responsible for and will not replace any unredeemed, lost or stolen Rewards.
Enforcement and Termination
App users who engage in any of these prohibited activities will be immediately removed from the Rewards program and be ineligible to Claim a Reward. We also reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this AUP, including notification to the proper law enforcement entities.
Modifications to the Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new AUP on the Website. Your continued use of the App after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
